Twenty cavemen stuck in a cave with one dinosaur at the entrance. Can they defeat it before it eats them all?

Cardstinction is a rogue-lite deck-builder with at unique twist - the goal is to defeat a single enemy across multiple lives. Discover new cards during expeditions, combine them to craft even stronger cards and adjust your deck between every life to eventually take down the foe.

Rules

You may play any number of fast cards (red lightning bolt) during your turn. Once you play a slow card (green turtle) or you press the "end turn" button, your turn ends. The enemy then takes an action and potentially discards a card from your hand or deck. When your final card hits the discard pile, the caveman dies.

Most cards return to your deck when you play them, but some cards have limited uses. Once the uses are depleted, the card goes to the discard pile.

Once a caveman dies, another caveman sneaks out on an expedition and brings back new cards. You can either add these cards to your deck in the collection menu or combine them into new cards in the crafting menu.

There are 3 status effects in the game: Poison, Fire and Stagger.

Fire deals damage for each stack every turn until the caveman dies.

Poison also deals damage for each stack every turn, but stays on the enemy for the rest of the game.

Stagger does not do anything at first, but if you manage to reach 10 stacks of Stagger, the enemy is stunned and cannot act for one turn (Bugged, do not use in fight, but still grab the cards as they are needed for crafting.)

While crafting, make sure to take the cards out of your deck. Cards in your deck can't be used for crafting.
